Brilliant service - helpful, efficient and a great selection of brand new vans to hire. I had to get a larger van on the day and the upgrade was organised with no hassle. I was also given a full run through of the different features on the van to make sure I was up to speed before driving it. Thanks all for the great service - highly recommend this company.

We have hired a number of vehicles from Robinson Goss. With no concerns. More recently we hired a Mercedes Vito 22 plate that was a very comfortable to drive for a 6ft bloke. We then hired a car for a lo g distance journey and again no concerns the vehicles are valeted to a high standard. Excellent service also.

Very helpful when booking car from overseas for use in UK. Very busy when picking up and only 1 staff member on but nevertheless polite and friendly. Clean and more than adequate car for hire at a price I felt was good value.

Nothing short of brilliant. Exceptionally kind and polite staff! Went above and beyond catering for my needs.  Definitely without a shadow of a doubt will using them again!

Helpful with clear instructions. Also took photos of any existing damage so you don't have and disputes on return. Just found the whole experience very professional.

For the past 2 days have tried to rent a van from this company. I was told they would have to get in touch with the insurance company as I am 70 years old. On both days they said they would call me back but you guessed it they didn't. Can not see how they can stay in business with attitude like that. I took my business to  Enterprise.

Hired a van for the day, was the cheapest I could find in the area and was so smooth and easy. Will be using them again in future if I ever need a van again!
