A little challenging to find by road, map location is correct but Google Maps does not recognise where to turn off the access road. Instead it sends you round in circles, probably ad infinitum! Otherwise this Thrifty outlet excels in every respect. Highly recommended.

We were accused of removing the tyres (not wheels!) and replacing them with "budget tyres".  Can you imagine?  The accusation was withdrawn three days later, but no explanation was offered.  Very weird....

Car hire from Swindon to Portsmouth. Half the price of train and 2 hours quicker. Wonder why we don't use the railway!!

Bit surprised to be slugged £85 for the car being a bit dirty. They said it was damage, but I wiped half of the mark off.
