Second time I've used them and still very happy. Car was amazing and a pleasure to drive, service professional. I cannot recall names of all staff as it's been a long rental, but I remember Manny who finalised the rental return. He was very friendly and professional.

I’ve been renting cars and vans from them for a while now. I’ve always had really good service from them. I’ve only experienced a hiccup just once where the type of vehicle wasn’t available on the day due to breakdowns. But even still, they made sure I received a vehicle that suited my needs. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent vehicles.

Didn't accept Debet Card even website  says they do. 13th Nov they cancelled my payment, as Revolut card cannot be accepted for deposit. Today 26th November still waiting for refund....no words. And Dominica, totally ignored customers, Sunday afternoon she refused booking as she's let us know enterprise won't car for Monday noon, 1hour later I did it online. Never again. Service-100!!

This branch of Enterprise is absolutely excellent. They were efficient from first point of contact right up to returning the vehicle. The levels of customer service were very high and i will for sure be returning if i need another rental vehicle.

Enterprise “We’ll have a vehicle for you to hire whilst your vehicle is being repaired” Also Enterprise “sorry sir, we have no vehicles to give you”  Woefully incompetent, it’s like a baker that can’t provide you the bread.  Avoid

My car was hit will take 5 weeks to be repaired, so the insurer offered me a courtesy car via Entrtprise. My first experience of Enterprise was awful, and I told them that their policies were scandalous. However I needed a car so after trying various avenues went back to Enterprise. This time I spoke to Rhiannon, who was knowledgeable and clear. Her colleague had made a fundamental mistake in the explanation of Excesses which I advise everyone to check and be clear on. For £70 I could resolve the matter. The car was clean and Rhiannon was patient and courteous. It is for her assistance that I have rated this company highly. Its worth the management investing in training to avoid frustrated customers.
