Cherry picking for money! I was charged £350 for damage that I wasn't responsible for. I disputed the damage and when they "reviewed" my dispute I was sent a damage report with photos of a completely different section of the car than that on the damage report. I have filed a complaint with the BVRLA and expect a full refund of charged damage. They also offer the luxury of a £40 admin fee to go through this process.

They gave me a new and clean car but, unfortunatelly, they try to get money out of you.

£20 for returning the car "out of office hours", taking into account that it only means leaving the keys in a box and that the office is closed at 12:00, doesn´t make any sense.

Tuned to maximising the amount of money they get out of you, rightly? I hired a car for 3 days on line, went to pick it up, suddenly with extra insurances is addons it's £130. Felt like I had been taken down a dark alley and rogered with the blunt end of a cricket bat? even had to return the car half day earlier than planned because they are not open at 17:00 on a saturday? the web site didn't mention this either? I wish I felt had had gor a bargain, but no, I feel robbed to be honest. CLearly will use an alternative in the future, lots of choice, hope to get lucky :-) - Gordon
