Fast, friendly, and easy. No issues renting whatsoever

They charge whatever they want after to return the car! They charge me because they said It's no full of petrol and it was.. and even I showed them the ticket and then they charge because the car was dirty...??? 15 kinds??  It's actually the worst company that I've tried.
I prefer budget, but they are thief as well, they charge me 30 pounds just for transfer my details to the police, just for give them my name and address... it's a shamless

Booked a car for saturday only , I've been also charged for sunday as "Hors ouverture fees". First, it was not specified when I booked online, Second this fee is unfair. Dont ever go to Europcar.

After numerous helpline numbers and 20-30 (charged) minutes later on hold I was extremely annoyed with this company and branch. Having known 100% that my iPad was left in one of their cars I basically got told that there's been nothing found in lost property nor would they check that it might still be in the car where I'd said it would be as none of their staff are thieves and they clean and check them thoroughly. I'm not bothered at all about the iPad itself but I care for the personal photos/videos of my son that's on there. Thoughtless, biased and very unhelpful. Check what your staff are finding or actually check your cars before giving them out again!!

I had a car last weekend. Although the telephone customer service gave me faulty information about the pick up time, I finally had a car an hour earlier than the booked time. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you
