Location is really good. If you came with your car, there is a car park under the hotel. But it is not easy to find a place to park. If you are lucky enough to find a place to park, you can't leave untill checkout. It was £5 per day. Room was really clean. Only thing I didn't like, there was mold in the bathroom. I bought breakfast and didn't regret. It was really good.  Because it was Easter, my daughter found some gifts on her bed. She was delighted!   Rooms: Clean! Only bathroom was mouldy.  Nearby activities: Amusement park next to the hotel  Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good.

No one at reception on arrival just after 16 30. Rang the bell 3 times before someone turned up and wasn't very pleasant. When we entered the room, which was on the very end, ground floor. It stunk of damp, so we had to keep the window open. There was a constant noise behind the sink and banging from above. Overall, terrible nights sleep. Would not stay again.  Rooms: Very noisy, constant banging from above and sounds of water from behind the sink unit. Also, stunk on arrival of damp.  Walkability: Nice walk to the shops  Food & drinks: Went in the pub and came straight back out. Dirty &amp; horrible atmosphere.

The Premier plus rooms are a terrific addition to this inn. The space, coffee maker, toiletries and general attention to detail make this a real pleasure to stay. Hopefully all Premier Inn establishments will rise to this standard. We carried on to Crew West and the Inn there is very tired and is badly needing upgraded.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was sadly in need of a huge facelift. Damp with black mould along the skirting board. Carpet not clean and food debris from previous guests left under the bedRooms: 1/5

Great Location on the Seafront, all the staff are friendly and welcoming  the Pier is next door they also have a Pub/Restauraunt attached to the Hotel whcih was also good.Rooms: 5/5

Great stay had a premier plus room it was squeaky clean every member of staff was fantastic and food in the restaurant was hot and tasty can’t wait to go back  Rooms: Immaculate and comfortable bed  Food & drinks: Hot and good value  Noteworthy details: Staff very helpful

"It's OK". Our room was perfectly good and clean, but the bathroom could do with a bit of paint. Very comfy bed and even in November with the heating off we were a bit warm!Rooms: 3/5

No restaurant since February due to storm damage so no breakfast! and a tiny carpark with a £5 daily charge I would stay slightly further out and find a hotel with a free carpark and restaurant unless you want a view of a roof or a glimpse of the sea when standing on your sofa  Walkability: Easy walk to gunwharf keys

The hotel may be tired & in need of updating, but cleanliness & hospitality was outstanding. Top that with great location, will deffinately be revisiting.

They have some lovely rooms. Given how far in advance we'd booked it was disappointing to get half a window overlooking some roof tiles and kitchen fans. We'll remember that.
