Had a fantastic experience in this store. Was instantly approached by Yassim who was a great help throughout my experience. He showed me the benefits of being with three and clearly went over my phone contract while being friendly. I had a really good conversations with Yassim and the other staff on the store. Overall it is an extremely friendly environment topped off with excellent customer service.

Had a really bad experience with 3, purchased a new Sony phone, later discovered they had over charged me for the handset by £150 compared to John Lewis. My reception was so bad I had to cancel my contract with them. The Sony phone developed faults 6 months down the line, 3 fobbed me off and told me to phone Sony's premium rate number to try and get it fixed. Never going back to them really poor customer service.
