Would like to give Zero stars. I’ve been here a few times and the staff here are always rude and can’t be bothered to help they’re never interested in what you want or need. Terrible service for a shop that has so many Apple products. I would recommend to visit the official Apple shop in Birmingham or order what you need online from Apple directly which has great service and fast delivery! Stay away from here!
Went to Stormfront looking for a new computer, spoke to Neil who soon explained what was what with the PC I wanted. Excellent service, I'm just waiting for a phone call so I can go and pick up computer. Shop easy to get to lovely inside and brilliant staff.
Booked an appointment to replace the battery. When get there they didn’t do the job. Told to go away they don’t have staff to do it and they are not apple. So disappointed. Don’t recommend it to anybody.
I was directed to this company to repair my device and was regarded as an apple authorised company which select have failed to be recognised as . They told me it will take 7 days to repair my device but woefully it has been 25+ days with staff making my existing product go through much hassle and myself . They have failed to be called an authorised company by apple and also decided not to make a good will gesture despite the nuisance they provided .
Store very spacious and clean. The young girl who served me was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great care was taken with my item. However they have changed their name to Select, which can be confusing.
Your staff better fix up their customer service. .My partner went to your shop saturday. Shop empty and bloke behind the counter incredibly rude when he was enquiring about a ipad and watch. He had purchased items from your store in the past but wont be in the future. Your staff are out of order!
Left my MacBook for a repair, been told it will take between 7-10 days and in that time I received my device back. Friendly and experienced staff.
First class attentive service - knowledgeable advice and a wide range of Apple devices. Alexandra was especially helpful and went out of her way to provide great customer service.
I called during quarantine as Apple were flooded with other repairs and was quoted £150-480 for a MacBook pro battery replacement, on top of the £50 diagnostic fee and the £30 collection. I am very happy to have waited for the official Apple stores to reopen and have been quoted £199, as expected, for the repair. When I questioned the huge pricing difference, I was told that this was Apple’s policy and so as an Apple Service Provider, they needed to uphold this policy. This is not true and was confirmed to be false by two Apple employees. Not a great experience and would urge others not to trust the drastic price difference.
I visited Stormfront Sutton Colfield as I had a problem with an iPad. Staff member Alexandra was exceptionally helpful and sorted out the problem very quickly and explained how to resolve another issue equally well. Excellent customer service and support As my local Apple shop I’ve purchased from them on several occasions recently and found the staff always polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.
