Went in to Rymans as I needed some last minute urgent photocopying, I was "instructed" on how to use the machine despite saying that I am happy to pay the 2 pounds extra for someone to get it all done. As expected the machine malfunctioned. Both members of staff couldn't quite comprehend the fact I needed them to help me, resulting in half my work being refunded. The lady kept apologising for being short staffed. Not a great place should you wish to print or photocopy anything. Sorry.

I always rely on Rymans to go and pick up any urgent or last minute stationary I need for my firm. Always has everything I need on that visit in stock. Staff are very helpful.

a member of staff called me a cow in front of my autistic son . I had only asked if they can print me some important documents off my mobile and was told id have to send them an email with my important personal documents to them to send off it was expensive too I just said no I need to send them off urgently for my sons special school transport and gave her back the email she gave me as I walked away she shouted silly cow she doesnt know me this stressed me out that day and had an epilepsy seizure on that evening due to stress load of all other things and didnt need that rude comment
