Very dissapointing. Found a shoe i liked and stood around for ages waiting and trying to get the attention of an assistant. One assistant was working hard in the childrens section but the other was leaning up the counter socialising with friends. Different experience over the road though at Hotter. A smaller shop but with better stock, better displays and more assistants who were very attentive. I bought two pairs of shoes! Come on Clarks you cant just live off your name - we need customer service!

Not a fan at all, shoes are not as soft as Jones Bootmaker that's a few doors down, and they put your kids in a size bigger with a smaller width just to get a sale (shoes soon rub your poor kids feet to pieces). On top of all that, I find the staff very dismissing, I tied the Clarks in the Fort only to find that one even worse!
