We are a card and gift company based in the West Midlands with several shops.

Story

We are a family run card and gift company based in the West Midlands with the Head Office in Droitwich, Worcestershire. The company was founded in 1978 by Mr & Mrs W Smart who still work within the company to this day. This page is to notify you of new stock in store, special offers etc.Any feedback on the stores is welcome.

I went to smart ideas today with my mom and my two infant children, i picked up two jellycat toys, one for each of them and was making my way to the front till to pay, whilst still browsing other items along the way.... a member of staff approached me and said "would you like to pay for your items at the till there" pointing to the till at the back of the shop. I told her i was going to pay for them at the front till. I was very offended by her, she made me feel like she was presuming i was going to steal the items. It was both humiliating and embarrassing. I also felt VERY angry! I do not need to be told where to pay for things i have eyes and can see the tills. I feel like this women was judging me because we didnt appear to be the same standard as the regular clientele... maybe we looked a bit common and therefore must be potential thieves. SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT!

If your a candle lover or wax tart lover this is the shop for you. There's so much choice. So many lovely products I adore this shop
