Good range of products , customer service not bad for an Argos .

I lost my receipt had a bank statement to prove my purchase. Customer service assistant said she cannot trace the receipt so cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Tried to tell her my bank statement is my proof of purchase. She said she spoke to the manager and he also said the same.

Can someone from head office clarify this ambiguity.

Very good ordered my items at pay by card machine & was out of store within 1 minute. Friendly & polite staff definitely visit again.

Today I visited the store to collect a preorder. 5 collection numbers were all called out and we were asked to go to the collection point all at the same time. Myself and 5 others all waited for at least 5 minutes for our items to land on the shelf. The whole operation in this store lacks leadership, and direction and the staff appeared to have no idea what was going on.
