Very unfriendly/dismissive feel at Sutton Coldfield branch, particularly on 1st floor/lingerie dept.. tall female assistant with short dark hair and glasses, only seemed to want to assist the white middle class customers, ignoring ethnic & foreign ladies at the fitting rooms/serving whites first. Not putting up with such non-sense Partner & I took our hard-earned money elsewhere.

This store is ideal for the Gracechurch centre and Suttonians, also with it being a major outlet along with the such likes of The House of Frazer makes it more affordable store for all classes unlike the latter store.

Love M&S amazing quality Items, gifts and food. Reasonable prices for the quality of the goods. Quite diverse. Nice cafe with yummy cakes. Shopping for food there is the best you can buy in Sutton Coldfield.

Wide range of children and babies clothing. Usually busy but it's still a convenient M & S for us, with a entrance to the store directly from the parent and child car park.
