Went to buy the back to an earring I’d lost. Lovely young lady advised me that I just needed proof of purchase and she would be able to give me one. Fab service. All sorted in less than 5 minutes. Never had bad service from these ladies no matter how busy they are. Thank you.

Went in to see if they'd exchange two rings that my partner had received as birthday presents, as they were both too large. Young lady (Tonii) who served us could not have been more helpful. Very busy store in a prime position opposite John Lewis, as was evident by the people patiently waiting by the 'Queue here' sign.

Went in today with a broken ring, great customer service and friendly staff going above and behond in the new beautiful store
