Since being taken over it's gone downhill. I've shopped at Pumpernickel for years, but when the lady stopped working there and a man took over, it changed. The customer service isn't friendly, it seems a chore for him to give advice (not that he can give any), and it certainly seems to be just a money making business rather than a labour of love now. The vibe has changed, the prices have hiked, and I'm not the only one thinking it! Might as well just be a H&B! Bring back the previous owner! I, along with others, are now buying elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant selection of health foods and great customer service with extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I always shop for our much needed vitamins and other health supplement from Pumpernickel and it is an excellent online store where you can find every major brand you can think of, at great prices. They offer numerous products and so, we are always able to find what we are looking for. We have ordered many a times from their website and all the products we received were in perfect condition. I just love shopping from Pumpernickel and would recommend it to others too.
