A little gem of a gun shop. I decided to look around for an inexpensive .308 and came across Donaldson's website. I decided to visit the shop as it isn't too far from London and the staff were amazing. I know as a woman it can be a bit daunting getting into a male dominated sport but they made me feel right at home. They all seemed perfectly happy to help me and were very knowledgeable. As I needed to fill another slot I decided to visit again, this time for a .22 and again it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. They are extremely friendly staff and definitely know what they're doing.

I travel from London to visit these guys - and for good reason! All the staff are really helpful, and more than happy to spend time with you if you don't know what you are looking for! The shop has a wide selection of Firearms, if you want it - they probably have one! I can only imagine the negative reviews come from someone who was being difficult or impatient... There are not many Gunsmiths around anymore, especially ones with a stock like this!

Purchased from Donaldson's a couple of times now, nice guys and good friendly service. They also keep an excellent amount of stock with a big range to choose from.

Incredibly helpful, and genuinely all round nice people. Nothing was too much of a problem and they were very quick to help me with anything i needed. Would definitely recommend - I will be going back!
