I went to see Lesley after I got my wedding dress as I wanted to make some visual changes as well as tailor the fit a little. Lesley helped to create the dress of my dreams! She took on board everything I said, even where I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, and made it into the most beautiful dress. Admittedly it wasn’t the cheapest, but there was a LOT of work to dothink 100 buttons adding to a train as well as other alterations, and for the quality of the work and the time it was done in, I would pay it again in a heart beat. Beautiful quality work, absolutely lovely lady and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 100%. Thank you so much Lesley!
I couldn't recommend Lesley more for alterations for your wedding dress. Her knowledge and experience put me at ease and I knew my dress was in safe hands. The alteration consultation was professional and relaxed. Lesley was able to provide advice of how to enhance my dress to make it the perfect fit. I was looking for a seamstress to make my daughters christening dress out of my wedding dress. Lesley understood the brief perfectly and created a the most beautiful dress and over skirt for my daughter. It is a dress and skirt we will treasure forever and will use as a family heirloom. I contacted Lesley after I purchased my wedding dress which was a couple of sizes too big. I found Lesley’s website online and was impressed with her experience so got in touch straight away. When we first met, she made me feel confident that we could get my dress to fit me perfectly on my wedding day. After several appointments and lots of tweaking to the dress, I am pleased to say it fit me perfectly. Lesley did an amazing job to make the dress fit my body shape and it was just beautiful. I also had Lesley alter my bridesmaid dresses and my mother’s dress. Each time doing an amazing job!
