There were issues with the elevator, as others reviews note, but the service elevator worked just fine. Quick and painless check in, nice clean room. Didn't have a chance to try their breakfast as I overslept, which I guess is a testimony to the room comfort and quietness.

Nice hotel. Looks a bit shabby from the out side but inside it is modern and clean. The room have comfy beds and smart tv. Very good value for money

Breakfast is lovely. Lifts sometimes play up but staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth the money. Close to the Wetherspoons which is handy and also the Mall which is a god send

Lovely room with a good size bed. Clean and tidy. Great free breakfast and tea nd coffee in reception 24 hours a day . Parking you have to pay extra and book. Pay and display car park very close and some parking on the road out of hours. Would recommend it for a city centre. Also very good value for money

Excellent. Nice room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with everything you could want from English breakfast to yogurt pastries & juice. Brilliant staff. Excellent value for money. Chocolate milk latte cappuccino. .. not only tea and coffee -all help yourself in on ground floor at reception included. Very happy one night stay. Thankyou
