Awful! I had a business meeting here, expecting to have a nice coffee etc. You have to pay for parking, which isn't ideal but not the end of the world. The tea was served in a cardboard cup, the lady behind the bar was so rude about giving me the code for the toilet (it's only for customers-which I was, as I was paying for drinks! They were grimy anyway.), then she closed the tills. An hour or so later, a group of maybe 6 staff came in so I asked them for a glass of water. They looked at me as if I'd asked them to jump off a bridge and said we'd have to ask at reception! We then asked when we could order lunch. Food isn't served until 5pm and so you can't have a drink or food until then. After they'd gone, I discovered that the drinks machine next to where they'd been sitting had water in and worked. So they COULD have just told me that. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding having meetings at this hotel again!

we stayed there for my son's graduation. Easily accessible to the university via bus. we were warmly greted by jack upon arrival. he allocated rooms close by as we were a large party. the beds however were hard and lumpy. i suffer with arthritis and it was quite uncomfortable to feel the springs digging in. the breakfast was superb with friendly staff on hand. lovely staff but the beds could do with renewal.

The rooms was bigger than I expected. However we had no body wash in the soap dispenser and as there are no phones in the rooms we couldn't call room service...They did give us free coffeefor the inconvenience though. The rooms were clean although the carpets could do with a redo. Overall good place to put your head down and is conveniently close to the motorway.

Very clean. Room the right temperature. Breakfast was great. Laid back, polite staff , great stay

Nice place although I have never stayed in this particular hotel. But it has a convenient location, as the motor way is right next to it and bus stop for national express and thandi coaches. Although train station is only 8 mins drive from this location.
