Staff are superb. Nice amenities; restaurant, bar and fitness area. Breakfast included always a bonus. On-site car hire and parking. Right next to the train station, close to the airport. (Sound proofing is good.)

Very next to train station and near to the airport. 15 min walk to town. Food microwaved or fried. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Rooms a bit too small, bed comfortable. It is not possible to open room windows and this is a bit claustrophobic. Taxi to airport 8 pounds

Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. The complementary breakfast was quite good as well. We stayed in the accessible room so maybe those rooms are exceptionally nice but overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

Had a few issues at check-in. Got sorted fairly swiftly. At the moment the surroundings feel unfinished. Breakfast was good but possibly could do with a couple of waffle makers rather than one.

Staffing levels insufficient. One guy at the bar overwhelmed - doing his best but management need a slap. Mattress is appalling, box spring and digging in to my back all night. Maintenance needs to visit the bathroom and straighten everything that is bent. Check-in took way too long - was dealing with a trainee and I get that she was struggling but again - where the hell is the supervision? Room needs a deep clean, bathroom looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned since it was refurbished. Aircon won't go below 19c. They don't even provide a toilet brush, and the uht milk smells off. Will not be staying here again
