Squeaky bed, no window so very stuffy , Aircon/ heating doesn't go below 17 and was centrallt turned on to heating.nNo decaf coffee.nTV in room needs overhaul oldnnOtherwise great shower, decent quality on the coffee tray, hair dryer, ironing facilities in wardrobe,great toiletries in the bathroom,safe in beside cabinet, very helpful and polite staff.nnParking is £12 paid through reception on check in. 15 mins free to check in etc in the pick up drop of zone.nOr go straight to parking. Let them know when you check in.
Overall this is a really budget-friendly hotel, with lovely rooms + free included breakfast. The cooked foods sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms weren't very nice. All very tasteless and rubbery, but croissants were lovely and fresh, fruit was nice, and there was cereal and a waffle maker as well. Tv worked well in the room, bed was comfy, shower worked well. Not in the best of areas, however, very convenient for travel especially being so close to Luton Airport.
I was genuinely impressed with this hotel. It is quite rare to find this level of comfort and quality in England at this price point, and it truly exceeded my expectations.nnThe room was very well thought out in terms of functionality: a proper desk with a comfortable swivel chair, enough space to move around, and everything arranged with purpose. The bed was outstanding – extremely comfortable, with a soft, plush duvet and good, supportive pillows not the flattened, tired ones you find in many places. The towels were fresh, clean and bright white, and the bath and body cosmetics were genuinely high quality, including shampoo, body wash and body lotion – a small detail, but it makes a big difference.nnThe room was quiet and well soundproofed – no noise from neighbours or housekeeping in the morning, which allowed me to really rest.nnThe breakfast was excellent: a wide selection, good quality products, plenty of seating and no queues or rush, which made the morning very pleasant.nnThe reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful.nnThe location is also ideal: right by the shuttle bus to Luton Airport – essentially on the doorstep. Very convenient.nnOn top of that, the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere visually – especially the lobby and entrance area, and it looks beautiful in the evening when softly lit.nnI am genuinely happy to give this hotel the highest rating.nFor comfort, rest, breakfast, service and atmosphere – this stay was exactly what I needed.nI will definitely return.
I would definitely book again here if I have to go to London again.... very well served by public transport ....nMost of the staff are pleasant, professional, and helpful.nThe restaurant manager a lady with an attitude and not so smiling.. bother of being questioned and rude to other staff members she put us off a little bit.........
What a great little hotel—literally right next door to the train station.nThe room was clean, the staff was genuinely pleasant, and the breakfast was honestly the best Hampton breakfast I’ve had. Fresh sliced bread, an espresso machine, a waffle maker… and even vegan sausage available on request, which was a huge win for me as a vegan. The hashbrowns were air-fried, and I enjoyed an Americano with a splash of oat milk I brought along. I also brought an avocado and made my own avocado toast.nnOverall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again.
