We spent three nights here with my wife and our little one. The location was very convenient for Luton Airport and nearby shops such as Aldi, Home Bargains, Poundland, McDonald’s, and Greggs, which made things easy for us as a family.nnAs usual, the pricing was reasonable. The hotel itself does look somewhat dated compared to other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in, but the room heating was excellent and kept us very comfortable. The staff member who welcomed us was friendly and very helpful, which we appreciated.nnWe did request housekeeping both at reception and by hanging the door card, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned that day. The team attended to it the following day, though it appeared to have been done in a hurry. The stained sheets were straightened rather than replaced, which was disappointing.nnWe also noticed some mould on the window and stains on the inner curtains, which made us reluctant to open them. A deeper clean in these areas would certainly improve the overall experience.nnBreakfast was served at the Beefeater restaurant, and as expected, Premier Inn delivered a good English buffet breakfast. One small suggestion would be to add a second toaster, as the queue for the single toaster was quite long and inconvenient during busy periods.nnOverall, a convenient stay with helpful staff, but some improvements in housekeeping and general upkeep would make a noticeable difference.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s very close to the airport, which made travelling much easier and stress-free.nnThe facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good selection each morning. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone needing convenience and comfort near the airport.
For someone who has been to at least two other Premier Inn locations, this one really drops the bar. The receptionist who welcomed us was lovely! He checked us in and told us all we needed to know to settle in but after then, there was hardly any receptionist at the desk. You have to ring a bell if you need to speak to someone. Asked for my room to be cleaned but it wasn't. Had to ask the following day and the sheets weren't changed. We only got new tissue paper and towels. Great English breakfast anyway, could use extra toasters as they have just one and the wait time to get your bread toasted is unreasonable.
Great location to the airport.nAtmosphere was calm and relaxed when we arrived. The foyer was very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially uji on reception, he was a delight to deal with and very helpful. We really appreciated the email communication about the lifts being out of service, although the issue was promptly fixed by the time we arrived. The room was spacious with good facilities and very clean and well set up . Easy to find as was marked well in the hallways/ door. We certainly made it a home from home for our stopover.nThanks for having us and keep up the good work!
The hotel rooms are ok however the noise transmission through the walls is not as good as other premier inn hotels, I could hear a resident snoring in the room above including when they went to he bathroom!nnParking is 10.80 for a night, so it expires at checkout time, so if you are planning to park for 24 hours you can’t.nnIf you are staying for a few nights it maybe best to park in the airport parkway car park which is about 10 mins away.nnThe hotel is close to the train station and about 20 mins walk into town.nnThe breakfast is across the car park in beefeater which was very spacious and the breakfast was really good and well stocked.
