Our staff are friendly and courteous at all times, and will always attempt to assist you quickly and efficiently with any requests you may have during your stay with us. In addition, many of our staff are fluent in many different languages, therefore ensuring that your stay with us is even more comfortable.

The Hotel is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and members of staff are always on hand to assist. Guests are able to check in and out of the hotel at any time, day or night.

This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Free parking, free wifi. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff and good location. Would definitely stay here again

There were planes and trains outside whilst we were trying to sleep. Not a warm welcome. No parking and cheap tacky bedrooms that topped off a terrible, uncomfortable stay.

I had to spend three nights in this hotel whilst on a business trip. On arrival I was charged the full amount plus 10 % extra, although it was booked with a company credit card.  Despite a joint effort of me and my colleagues my payment could not be refunded, the amount was refunded on the company cc. The hotel is very old, carpets on corridors are extremely dirty everywhere and the room carpets do not give a clean feel either. The key card system is quite outdated, I had to ask for a new card twice during my stay as it failed to open the door. Rooms overlooking Mill street are very noisy, traffic does not stop overnight and I got woken up by groups of intoxicated people walking past in the night. Insulation on and around the windows is minimal, you have a feeling that the window is constantly open. The bathtub and toilet were OK, the sink was clogged and I took a good 10 minutes for the water to go down.
