Good hotel for Luton town and the airport is only a short and cheap local cab ride away. The hotel needs a little T&C in places, but can't complain about the price. Nice bar and restaurant and the bar area has a nice outside area. House keeping is very good as the room was always spotless and the housemaids are thorough, professional and freindly. The room itself was spacious and had a large double bed, even though I booked as a single occupancy. The receptionist was always friendly and efficient and always around to help.

Good rates if booked via booking.com, stayed a few times and it has been OK, however my last stay the service was poor. My booking was not on the system, took far to long to sort a room out. Even then wrong room was given. I was so tired as came back from Italy I decided to just sleep in the twin room. Should have been a double. If travelling from Luton Airport, parking at hotel is only £5 per day, so very convenient. Never had food from hotel, however plenty of local places including a service station.

Customer service at reception - watch out of light skinny short guy at night. Very rude. Never ready to help, full of attitude. Lift broke down four times in 24 hours. You cant even have a shower..the hot water is extremely hot and the cold wasn't mixing. Lift smells like some council estate in London. Kitchen staffs are hardworking tho and helpful!** Generally, the building is extremely old. Doors on corridors are a disgrace! One escape route once u are up. It should be a one star and not 3!

This is a very friendly well kept hotel. It has everything you need. 5 Stars for the fantastic value.

Visited when collecting and dropping a person from the hotel. Car park very limited and on a up-hill scale. The detailing of the building believed to be classic and could do with a outer refurbish to modernise it more as does look quite budget.
