Agree with lawful rebellion. They are dodgy. They took our money and never refunded. Guys please dont use this company.

They were very helpful. We found our first home in the UK thanks to them.

These people do not know how to deal with complaints, nor do they take responsibility for anything. Definitely needs customer service training and attitude adjustments. I suggest to do some research on how they’ve dealt with previous clients and other reviews online.

I totally agree with the people that have left one star. This estate agents is an absolute joke, calling them pathetic would actually be complimenting them.

Very good service

We used Thistle estates to sell our flat in Moseley.  Everything was done quite quickly  and the fees are very reasonable.  I was a little concerned they only advertise on zoopla and a few other websites not rightmove  but we still achieved a good sale price. Overall I would definitely use them again.

Rip off merchants extortionate fees hidden costs and the most outrageous attitude I've ever come across

I've been dealing with Thistle Estates for many years. It is a friendly, independent letting agency They do not charge the "rip-off" fees that most other Moseley letting agents charge. Overall their fees are reasonable for tenants and landlords alike.
