A fantastic experience from beginning to end! Rice Chamberlains guided us through our sale and purchase and just made the whole thing so much less stressful than it might have been. The lovely team members at Rice Chamberlains were always friendly, reassuring and very professional, giving good advice all the way through. Every single member of the team - at both the Moseley and Bournville offices - was always quick and responsive with our many queries. Our moving process was fairly protracted through no fault of Rice Chamberlains, but the guidance we received helped us stay calm and stay on track. We were initially hesitant to put our house on the market, because we knew it would take a long time to find a suitable new home. Rice Chamberlains prepared all our sales details, took photos and created the 3D tour even before we'd decided to put the house on the market, so we could act quickly when we were ready. The final stages of the move were a bit frustrating and stressful, due to some difficulties between solicitors elsewhere in our chain. But the Rice Chamberlains team were brilliant at chasing things up and keeping it all moving. It was also an emotional move for us, leaving behind a house and a street that we loved, so it was great to have such kind and empathic people to support us. Estate agent fees can seem like a lot of money, but Rice Chamberlains more than earned their fee, they worked so hard for us. It was money really well spent. All in all, I simply can't recommend them highly enough - I wish I could give them six stars! Thank you!
Rice Chamberlains did a fantastic job for me and my wife on our sale. On the first visit they came well-prepared with information about comparable properties. They obviously had a lot of market knowledge. Their photographs and commentary were superb, such that we had 21 visits and 13 offers within 5 days the house being first advertised. They then guided us on the best way to proceed. Their service up to exchange of contracts was committed and proactive. We were able to achieve a sale price that was well above our expectations. I would strongly recommend them.
I can't recommend the team at Rice Chamberlains enough! Molly and the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and communicative throughout my purchase journey. As a first time buyer, I found it hard to navigate the market and process but Molly was always at the end of a phone or an email to assist and reassure me. She did an excellent job seeing the purchase through to completion and kept me updated every step of the way. The team were all so friendly and provided a really personal service from start to end. Thank you to Rice Chamberlains for getting me into my first home, I am so grateful for all your help!
I can fully recommend he Moseley office of Rice Chamberlains, especially Ashley and Molly, who handled a recent property sale for me. When I first met Ashley I immediately felt that he was the best of the various agents I had spoken with, he was well prepared for our initial meeting, was very enthusiastic and explained how they would approach the sale. Once we went to market they handled all the viewings and bids very well and provided good advice on the merits of each bid we received. Having chosen the buyers we wanted to proceed with they handled the rest of the sale very well, particularly towards the end when we had some challenges to overcome further down the chain. All in all, they provided a great service and were always very pleasant to deal with both in person and over the telephone.
Ashley, Molly and Sarah at Rice Chamberlain Moseley were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. Ashley usually answered calls and if not available, he always called me back quickly - he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and constantly kept the sale process moving along smoothly from his first visit to see the house through to completion. We are so glad we chose Rice Chamberlain, the service could not have been better and Ashley helped us through what is a really stressful process with his calm and efficient approach. Thank you for such a quick and smooth sale!
Rice Chamberlain were amazing throughout our house purchase, they were always super quick to respond, really helpful with everything we needed and helped our solicitor with chasing the upper chain to push the sale along. Couldn't recommend them enough! Special mention to Molly, Ashley & Chad who were always great to chat to and so helpful.

My purchase was a long journey - but they kept me informed every step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend using Rice Chamberlains Moseley as Estate Agents. Throughout the home buying process they have been attentive and supportive. I've been working with Chad, Molly, Sarah and Ash. Molly has been my main point of contact and she has been a star; everything you could want to make the home buying process as smooth as possible.

Through the whole process we could not fault them and their level of detail made the viewings process easy. They also helped to keep the momentum of the sale going which I feel helped us to complete in a timely fashion.
