AVOID! Rented a property through Superior, the rental deposit wasn’t sent to a deposit scheme as it should legally. The letting agency and landlord both said they didn’t have the money sending us in circles, even though this was transferred to Superior Estates Ltd. After over a year emailing and calling still no resolve, they are not replying to email now so having to take this to small claims. Hassle to deal with and unprofessional customer service.

I've been with this Superior Estates for over 12 years. They are great to deal with and would highly recommend to everyone!

Superior Estates have been managing and renting out my properties for over 10 years. They have always been very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have reliable tenants and have never had any issues regarding any rogue tenants. They are a local business who are trust worthy and very knowledgeable in their field. I would highly reccomend them if you are looking for a letting agent to manage your property.

I rented through Superior Estates for 2 years. They were great, any issues with the property they came to fix it immediately. The property was in great condition and clean throughout. But most importantly, it was easy to get in contact and communicate if there were any issues.

After careful consideration of choosing an agent to sell my business I choose  Superior Estates to sell my business. Because of the personal and professional guidance they offered at a reasonable price, Great success they managed to find a buyer within two weeks and carried out a smooth no hassle free process Great work thanks.
