After talking to a number of Estate Agents, I chose Heritage Estate Agents to sell my house. They provided a competitive and strongly evidence based valuation and had a clear strategy to sell my house. It sold quickly within a week as they said it would and they ensured we got a great price. We then struggled for a number of months to find a house to buy in a very competitive market but they ensured our buyer stuck with us. The team at Heritage supported us through the ups and downs as we saw many houses and placed many offers but were frequently outbid. Eventually, they highlighted a house they thought was perfect for us when it was about to come on the market and made sure we got a viewing. They were right the house was perfect and our offer was accepted. We dealt with a lot of estate agents through all the viewings and offers we had made 13 offers in total As a prospective buyer we found Heritage to be the most professional - they always got back to you quickly, and the process for making our offer was clear, fair and transparent. They were a pleasure to deal with through both the sale and purchase processes. They were quick to answer any questions, and ensured we always knew where we were in the process. They offer a very professional service. The whole team were great and I am happy to recommend them.
We used Heritage to sell our Kings Heath home and also spoke to them when we were house hunting a few years previously previously, and on both occasions they have been superb to deal with. Sharp, professional and really knowledgeable. The photos and videos of our property were brilliant, the viewings done incredibly easily and quickly, with minimal fuss and disruption. Within a week of going on the market we were sold. They were always on hand to help us through the process thereafter and I couldn't have asked for a better agent, would highly recommend Vanessa, Rachel and the team at Heritage
I dealt with Heritage Estate Agency as a buyer of a property they listed and had a positive experience overall. Many property sales in the UK, and especially those that are in any kind of chain, take a long time and I was unsurprised at the length and hoops this particular one had. Historic issues and nothing do to with the listing or the services of the estate agents in this case. I found the staff at Heritage to be helpful, polite, forthcoming with information and approachable. I received good information about the local services and referrals if I needed them without any pushing to make any particular choices about solicitors or other services. The team were responding quickly to my various queries throughout the transaction and kept me informed of updates when they had any. My overall impression of Heritage is that they are a professional and friendly service and I would not hesitate to use their services again when the time comes.
We bought our first house through Heritage. Completed within two months after offer acceptance and are really happy with the service and proficiency of delivering the service. Paul and Sandy knew exactly what we needed and after the offer was accepted Rachel made sure every party does their work and delivers on time. Communications were clear, prompt and a very smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you, Heritage team and Rachel you are absolutely brilliant.
Heritage sold our property very quickly and negotiated a very good price. The pictures of that property were of a very high standard. They kept our buyers informed and on track despite it taking six months for us to find a property. They had a clear view of what we were looking for and steered us to the property we have bought, which is ideal for us. They were really helpful and efficient in the purchase of our property, which had to be completed in a tight timescale. Everyone in the company is friendly, courteous and always willing to help and explain. We recommend them highly.
This is the second time I have used Heritage Estate Agents and just like last time I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rachel was particularly good, always very responsive and worked hard to keep the purchase on track, she kept me informed and updated throughout the process. I would recommend Heritage without hesitation.
I bought a house through Heritage and everything went smoothly, so I chose them again when I sold it 4 years later. It proved out to be an excellent decision. The team was extremely efficient, super responsive, very knowledgeable and had my back at every step of the way despite a fairly painful sale through no fault of their own!. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
First class service! From the first contact with Jessica, I got a really good feeling about Heritage - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole team is lovely and always ready to answer any question you may have. My sale turned out to be quite complicated and stressful and I was incredibly grateful to have Vanessa at the end of the line. She definitely went the extra mile in chasing my buyers to ensure that the process moved forward as smoothly as possible. It was difficult at times but Vanessa was always there to reassure and so I never felt alone in the process. Not only was she empathetic but also very knowledgeable and experienced. I think we talked practically daily - I actually miss our chats! If you want to be truly supported through the sale of your house - a very emotive and strsessful experience- Heritage is the agency to choose.
We recently used Heritage for the sale of our house in Kings Heath and they were excellent throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we had some complications on our onwards purchase so it took us over a year to actually move and through this very stressful time the team at Heritage were so helpful, understanding, and their communication was great. I really couldn't fault them, from the first meeting when we were looking to sell, right up until our completion date, the whole team were just brilliant. Thank you Heritage!!
Excellent, friendly and professional service. Richard esp went 'above and beyond' to help me secure rental accommodation when I was struggling due to having pets. Charlotte was also great. I can't thank them enough for going beyond the call of duty to help me!
