We have just had the pleasure of using Dixons Birmingham to help us sell a house. Andrew Morris was very approachable and down to earth whilst still being very professional. Andy was always there to answer any questions and he responded promptly whenever we called, messaged or emailed. His friendly and helpful approach made tricky points on the Buyers side of the sale very reassuring. I'd like to commend Andrew Morris for how he has helped me and my family. with his professional advice.  Andy was invited to my late father's property to conduct market research on pricing and comparable homes in the area. He was on time, very professional, so kind, and he had a lot of empathy, for me and my family at our saddest time -  he has checked in regularly over the passed months to see how things are heading. My mortgage application is not aneasy one but thanks to Ian, it went smoothly and quickly.  Andrew and Jade are very helpful and give prompt replies. They happy to arrange as many viewings as I need and provide support throughout.

They are the best sales team. Andy and Jade are really helpful and they always go out of their way to give the customers exactly what they need. Always promptly available on calls and emails and have very patiently clarified all my doubts. I would definitely recommend their service.

I purchased my home through Dixon. During the process of purchasing, the branch manager, Andrew Morris, helped a lot, including but not limited to liaison with vendor, communication among seller and purchaser solicitors, and due diligence checking. He is a very flexible gentleman with excellent communication skills. He is the best estate agent I have meet in Birmingham.
