I recently used Burley Browne when l was looking for a commercial premises. This is my first ever commercial property so I was unsure on how the process worked. Will was very friendly, helpful & happy to answer any questions I had. The whole process went through very quickly & they made the experience easier than I was expecting. Will was always very quick and responsive when I asked him questions and answering emails/phone calls he also helped me with any questions I had and guided me in the right direction, as this is the first time taking a commercial lease out I had no idea what I was doing! Just completed a commercial lease with Burley Browne. I am the Landlord. Absolute shocking service. Called up at start of the week Monday to enquire about a commercial property, the lady took my details and said she would send particulars. I had heard nothing by Wednesday afternoon so I called them no apology nothing. I’ve sent two messages to Richard on his mobile requesting a viewing nothing. Today I get an email 5 days later just showing me properties. Personally if that was my property that was sitting empty and I knew someone was interested in viewing it and the people I put in charge of getting me a tenant wasn’t even responding to them I’d want my fees back. Useless wouldn’t touch them with anything of mine.

I have worked with the Burley Browne team over a number of years and always found them to be extremely knowledgeable, approachable and client focused for delivering the best results. Always happy to recommend.
