Don't bother..! You will probably end up worse off then when you started thi is by far the worst doctors surgery in the uk. 2 weeks for an appointment, and can't prescribe the correct medication. Seriously better going to a pharmacy or ringing 111

Very poor.. We don't get appointment when we are in need. After developing all the symptoms, they 'll prescribe paracetamol and ibubrofen. If you are bleeding or dying, then only doctors 'll consider it as an emergency. In Wolverhampton road surgery, you won't get proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Unfortunately we couldn't go to stoke hospital without gp reference. I have so many issues with this gp doctors regarding poor investigation and treatment. IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN TO ME , THAT 'LL BE ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS GP DOCTORS. THEY ARE THE REASON FOR ANY COMPLICATION WOULD HAPPEN TO ME BY UNTREATED OR POOR TREATED CAUSE. Totally disappointed.

It's a nightmare to get an appointment with this practice. I have been calling consistently for over two weeks only to get through and be told that the only gp that deals with my complaint was going on holiday, that I have to call back in another week! Horrible service!

If there was a minus figure I would give it to this surgery. I've been a patient here since birth and now it is impossible to get an appointment with a GP even if you call at 8am. I rarely need an appointment and am not a time waster but I don't want to see a nurse who has extra training. The GP's who are there appear not to want to be there and offer the most basic of healthcare. Any referrals for investigations generally take ages to get done and then get lost in the system. I know that in this country now we have an appalling state of healthcare unless one has bags of money, but basic needs should still be met. If you are considering joining here...DON'T, there are far better Practices in the catchment area.

Called to check on prescription was hung up on twice by useless office staff, I have no problem with the doctors however my experience with their office staff has always been pretty poor.
