Apart from a couple of GP's I found this practice quite unfriendly. Reception staff not that helpful and wanting a referral almost impossible. I have left the area now and hear one of the senior Dr's has left also this can only be a good thing for the practice as I found him in particular most unhelpful.

Shocking medical practise. Reception staff clearly don't want to be there and quite frankly rude. Wouldn't give an emergency appointment for a 3 year old screaming in pain. Avoid like the plague should be ashamed of them self's.

I tried 15 times to call, so I had to drive over, the place was empty yet they can't answer the phone or get you in ever, the ladies are rude on the desk and asking them to check/book anything brings a huff and puff like you are asking them to do something that isn't there job!I had to wait 5 days for a doctor to even call me. Got told 3-5 weeks for an appointment

Left college early for a telephone consultation at 2 and nothing all day. Rude receptionists and very unhelpful Would not trust that practice to help me if i was dying.
