I tend to find all staff here are lovely, they go out of their way to help you, to be as kind as they can to you and all while dealing with the ever growing network of patients as Eccleshall continues to grow and grow around them and they do their best to accommodate the ever rising numbers.nnHowever my last quick pop into the Practice left me feeling unheard and unseen. I’ve got advice from a professional to book an appointment, I’ve got an ongoing physical medical problem that now requires a further appointment after more clear test results. So I went in Tuesday ordered a prescription and then tried to book a double appointment. I got told no appointments were currently available for booking and to come back in a couple of days Friday when they’d be up on the system.nnI returned to the Practice on the instructed day only to be asked at reception: “Does my request require a computer?” I took it as either the receptionist didn’t want to help me or something was wrong with the system. When I told her I wanted to book a double appointment it was immediate dismissal. Apparently they had nothing available still and I’ve been instructed to return again the next week and they’d have them up by then. Ive never had such a problem like this one before and its really starting to shake my trust in the Practice.
Excellent service from the Crown Surgery - called early morning, immediately sent a triage form and upon return, got a same morning appt. Prescription sent to the inhouse pharmacy and completed within 5 mins. Prompt & professional.
Covid and Flu Jabs Done Today, Eccleshall Community Centre, Lady's all very helpful they deserve a Thank You. Disappointed to hear that some People Didn't turn up for there appointment. But a good Shout out to Crown Surgery for Organising Appointments.
We have recently moved to the area and in need of a doctor. Spoke to Dr Carr and we found he was so helpful and efficient.nnThe pharmacy is brilliant too and very well organised.nnWe're so relieved to have such a great surgery and appreciate the service they provide.
A very popular and very busy doctor's waiting times for a regular appointment can be 2 weeks plus. however not really the best if you have a mental disorder such as manic depression bipolar disorder normally looks like I'm changing my doctors surgery to somewhere else
