Can't for the life of me book an appointment over the phone. They told me to call at 8am so I have been doing for 20 minutes with no luck. So now I have to go to work and do not have time to call so I cannot get an appointment, this seems to be a recurring theme that would be addressed if they accepted appointments a day or 2 in advance...

absolute joke! 45 minutes to get through on the phone for them to say "no appointments available" then end up waiting a hour to be seen!

Clean, spacious and calm. The receptionists are always friendly and the facilities are great.

Staff always misreable and quiet. For a pharmacy all the shelfs are always mostly empty. Feels like the store is in the middle of a refit all the time. 4 out of last 5 times been in they couldn't help me and where helpful.
