I think the management must have changed . I have just spent 20 pounds on a delivery only to receive a special fried with prawns mixed with a beef chop suey in the same container . I am severely allergic to shell fish . When I tried to explain this to the manager . He sent a chicken curry and expected me to pay for it . Very concerned that they are cross contaminating foods . Will Never ever order again from here .
Usually like this place tho the green thi curry is not green ! Today I ordered beef this green curry it was brown smelt like urine Couldn't eat it did eat a small bit of rice and chow mein in black bean sauce two hours later I'm throwing it upFood: 1/5
Ordered a Chinese from this place for the first time I got crispy shredded chicken in honey sauce and egg fried rice the egg fried rice was very nice but the “honey” sauce was literally just sugary oil it wasn’t even the colour of honey I know you expect this when getting a takeaway Chinese but I didn’t expect it to be just oil and also I did find a hair in my food and that totally put me off
Just moved here had one meal here once before which was OK. But yesterday was awful could tell straight away rice looked burnt. The chilli beef was really chewy and pale looking. The starters didn't look much better either the spare ribs looked like road kill. Woke up with a stomach ache...I m done if that's the best they can do! Been told there's as nice take away in Netley so will try that one next time. How do these places think their survive a cost of living crisis pumping out such poor quality food. They need to up their game not cut more & more coners pricey too. Never again
Have been getting deliveries for a few years, think ownership changed in the last 12 months. Spring Rolls are always good and prawn crackers. So 1/2 duck greasy and too much fat. Salty chicken & salty squid were not like the meat I expected and taste really poor so not seasoned right. Pineapple fritter was just a goo and ribs overcooked so all crispy with no meat. Will now not order from them especially as all is costly now, no free dish and no free delivery and last order took 2 hours!
First time in the victory . Was recommended by a friend and i have to say absolutely top nana , has to be the best Chinese fast food ive ever had .it really is that good although i found the sweet n sour sauce a little sharp but thats just my tastes. It did not distract what a quality product they offer. Its certainly not the cheapest Chinese around but definitely the tastiest ive come across.give it a go you wont be disappointed have now been back there twice more , still top food , still 5 stars
Rubbish meal delivered after nearly 2 hours! Then that was only because we rang them to ask where our meal was! Shame as we’d had a lovely meal delivered, promptly a couple of weeks previously. This time it had obviously been kept hot for sometime, everything was dried up and chewy. The sweet and sour sauce so vinegary we couldn’t eat it! Won’t be going there again!
We’ve had this takeaway every now and then for about 4 years and never had a bad experience. Their veggie options are delicious especially the bean curd and the dishes are very filling and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Delicious and varied veggie and vegan options.
Used to be the best. Now too unreliable. I ordered over £30 worth of food and got chaw mein and chips. Called the restaurant and they asked if me and my 6yo could walk in the storm 3 miles to collect as the driver left the rest and their busy. Then said call uber eats for refund. Couldn't find any way in doin this. Paid over £30 for £7 worth food. Me and my child went hungry. Thanks victory!
