Absolutely disgusting service from management. I booked 4 cavitation sessions and pre booked the dates at time of booking. 2 sessions were in mid December. On the day of my other 2 sessions I had a call while I was on my way to the clinic and they cancelled my sessions due to a power failure. I was told it shouldn't be a problem to re book as my treatment of 4 sessions had been disrupted and cavitation is only effective when done in a good timescale as a block. I waited all January and had no one call me, why should they? They have a payment regardless. I called the receptionist and explained the above. I informed her i am waiting to book my 2 sessions but also wanted the first 2 re done as 2 cavitation sessions aren't sufficient and I won't have effective results now. A manager called me today and was so damn rude. Not only was she cocky but she kept cutting me off and talking over me. She went on and on. Kept implying im trying to get something "free" out of them. I explained the power cut wasn't my fault but it meant my treatment has been disrupted now and the results are not as effective. Honestly disgusting service. No help whatsoever and management are money hungry. They do not care if you have been going to them for years like me. Horrible, horrible service. Save your money and go to a credible place where people skills are actually presented!!!!! NO DOUBT SHE WILL TRY AND COUNTER MY COMPLAINT NOW!
I would highly recommend coming here for whatever treatment you are considering, I've had a number of different treatments here, they use the best equipment for the job all the staff are very friendly and highly professional and you can trust 100% that you will get the results you want. I would not go anywhere else they are brilliant!
Do not recommend Unicare group. My husband was misdiagnosed as having a keloid here, he paid to have two lots of steroid injections plus charged the £89 consultation fee each time There was absolutely no change in the lump and I even questioned the doctor at the second appointment, as we were sure it was not a keloid. But he was adamant. Just been to another private clinic and the Dr was completely shocked at this misdiagnosis and said the unnecessary use of steroid injections could have damaged the tissue. Very upset and disappointed and feel the whole thing was a money making exercise as was told it would take several steroid injections to see a difference. So glad we got a second opinion. In response to your reply: We were never told the Dr my husband saw was a locum. Unfortunately the comment about the reduction in size is completely untrue and we can send pictures to prove this. The locum doctor took measurements of the lump AFTER he had injected it with steroids even commenting that it will puff up and be bigger before any reduction Then took measurements BEFORE the injection the following time!! Stating that it was a locum doctor my husband saw should excuse the poor treatment, is extremely concerning. Surely the level of care your patients recieve should be of equal standard and you should have confidence in all the doctors you employ.
I have been visiting the Unicare Group for quite some time now for tattoo removal. All of the team are so welcoming and always make you feel comfortable and at ease. They explain every part of the process from start to finish, so you always know what is happening. I would recommend Tim for anyone wanting to start their tattoo removal journey.
Such a relief to find private health care available locally, but more than that was the reasonable cost within most peoples reach. Dr. Bammidi was/is a doctor who is far and beyond, fantastic in his work. We will not hesitate to return for the varied facilities which are offered here.
Visited firstly for an initial consultation and then another appointment for follow-up treatment. Everything was first-class care throughout. The receptionist was amazing, making me feel welcome and helpful in answering questions. Treatment with Dr Mann was first-class, carried out professionally with a friendly approach.
Dr Mann was very thorough during the consultation and treated my swollen ankle with a cortisone shot and advised to continue oral meds. 3 days on and can walk without pain and more importantly can go back to work Monday. Definitely recommend this clinic with very friendly staff and Dr Mann a 5* service

Seamless from start to finish! I went today to the Burton-upon-Trent clinic to have 2 moles removed. The Customer Service given by Gemma on Reception was outstanding, the booking procedure was simple and everything was fully explained on what I needed to do and bring on the day. Dr. Bammida was so professional and made me feel very at ease. He explained everything thoroughly before the procedure and talked to me step by step during it as to what he was doing. It was painless and great value for money. I was delighted with the results and will be going back in the near future for further treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Unicare Group to my family and friends!
This experience was exceptional and the outcome brilliant. Firstly, upon arriving late because of traffic the Receptionist made me a cup of tea !Where would you get this service anywhere else?? Then Dr Bammidi was very thorough and reassuring and made sure I understood the procedure fully. I had a removal from the side of my head which completely healed up within one week, and now you can hardly see any trace. Should have gone to Unicare years ago.
