No stars. Appalling service, snide staff, complete incompetence. Missed a delivery, didn't call to let me know they weren't coming, promised for following Monday in the morning. Appalling service. Never ever seem to be able to find prescriptions sent by the hospital. Call them to discuss and you'll get a rude wet weekend who doesn't want to talk to you and will try to get you off the phone with a "I'll email the prescription team....". I wish I had an alternative, but I cannot get my meds any other way. Absolutely useless.

I wish i couod give no stars after needing imoortant arthritis medication i have been left without it again this is the second time this has happened and the staff are snidey and rude and dont care at all

Initial delivery was v good. SInce then (Jan 18) have experienced nothing but a very short and abrupt attitude towards customer service. One delivery missed due to THEM not texting delivery slot details, as promised. Followed by a receptionist with attitude when enquiring about my repeat prescription. Do these people understand the situation their customers are in ? Could be worse I suppose - I could have cancer....oh, wait a minute !

HaH are completely incompetent at arranging deliveries. Local pharmacies (I’ve tried 4) refuse to accept deliveries from them on my behalf. I’ve had late deliveries, deliveries with only partial contents, deliveries that were missed due to poor communications etc. My latest delivery has taken 2 phone calls and 4 emails to arrange and the reminder SMS has still come through with the wrong delivery slot. I don’t really need a home delivery service or any home help - why can’t I just collect my medicine from somewhere? I would be happy to drive up to 30 minutes to save the hassle of dealing with HaH.
