I want to share my experience in communicating with a doctor and a receptionist. Disgusting attitude towards people and their requests. The doctor prescribed drops for a child of one month, which are prescribed for children over two years old, when I started reading the instructions, there were more side effects than in the medicines of the world. when we went to talk to the doctor to prescribe new drops that could be available from birth, we were kicked out of the clinic with a scandal and closed the reception windows in front of us, not even allowing us to talk to the doctor. this is the relationship...
This surgery along with carlton Street..never answer your calls ..been 3 weeks of ringing.. The worst doctors surgery in burton..after Dr Singhs in all saints Road.. these doctors care more about there cars and properties they have acquired than the patients.
horrible ! i dont think that there could be worse phone service. ive tried to ring them for 3 hours straight and they wouldnt pick up! the only 3 times they picked up, they put me on hold and then hung up after a minute, without letting me speak to anyone. i will change GP as soon as i can because this is truly horrible
I tried to called for an appointment all day, many times but no answer, phone is beeping like busy and than is stopped the call. Can't get them.
When you try to call them, the phone just rings saying the line is busy. Either they didn't update their phone number or they don't want calls.
Disgraceful !!! working hours are bad, you can’t get in touch when you need it! Can’t see the point for this building even to stay open ! No help at all 3 calls problem not resolted painkillers only was given , changing surgery ASAP

Have moved to Blackpool Street,been hear one mouth and have tried to transfer to King Street Surgery but no one picks up phone.what are they for.plus still have not had second jab.
Could really do with a face lift and some tlc. Car park is tiny!
This is a review for the well organised vaccinations process that were done at this surgery. Staff were helpful and friendly and the whole process was seamless.
