You are running a very happy ship. The staff were courteous and helpful, although the lady on reception would not accept my Nectar card as payment for the bill!!  This was the same colour as my Utility Warehouse credit card!

I personally haven't had a positive experience here over the years, each to their own of course but i wouldn't advise new patients to go here or to their sister company in the town centre.

I have been at this dentist practice for a long time the staff are really polite nothing too much trouble for them x thanks

My experience at Hill Street Dental Practice was First Class. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The Dentist, Neelam , was friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated the time she spent with me to solve my problem. Thank you Neelam and Amy .

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!  I have recently received treatment from a dentist at this practice and after only one week started to have terrible issues. I have been back in contact to report the problems to the dentist/practice, who are not interested or wanting to help at all. I feel they’ve got their money and now are not bothered at all and are not accepting any responsibility or willingness to rectify any of my concerns. All I have received is terrible excuses. “The dentist has now left and you can’t be seen by anyone else because he did the work”.  They will not take any responsibility and accepting no duty of care towards me as a patient seen at their practice. You will receive no aftercare from this Practice as they are truly not interested in the slightest. When reporting my issues to both the receptionist and Practice manager they were both unhelpful and unprofessional and have not put my mind at ease at all that any of my concerns will be resolved. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend going to this dentist, please dont waste your money. I’ve now had to seek treatment from another dentist at a different practice, who appears to be interested in getting the problems I’m experiencing rectified. I have also now had to take my case further with the dental council GDC.

I'm 70 years old and in all the time I've used dentists this is the best .staff polite friendly. And dentist is first class and very kind

I have recently started to use this dentist and on my visits I have found the staff extremely caring and helpful. My dentist Asmita was very reassuring and offered solutions and treatments to the questions I asked. I would highly recommended.

Totally shocking! Extremely rude service where my elderly father was treated in the most appalling manner by a dentist he’d not seen before. A belittling manner which shocked me to the core. No response to two emails of complaint. The receptionist was equally discourteous and abrupt. Cannot believe a service like this still exists!

Top service today. Sad that the surgery is closing but confident that Burton will not disappoint.

WORST dentist practice I've been to.. Not only they are rude and don't do their job well,  they have cancelled my daughters appointment 3 times. They don't care about the people. Very bad place AVOID
