If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The reception lady is horrible, she looks at you like you’re silly she makes you feel very small, she has no interest In you or helping you, in a job to help people but has no sympathy towards anyone, they got my appointment time wrong but she was trying to turn things around on me, she was really rude and I wouldn’t wish anyone to feel the way she treats innocent people who just need help.

Don’t bother going there your very physical and life altering symptoms will be anxiety. was made fun of and laughed at. disgusting service they should be ashamed. just to be clear the only time i’m anxious is in the consultation room when i’m being mocked and dismissed

This is a pretty decent practice tbh, however, if you are a transgender individual, I would not recommend. From my personal experience, I was refused help for things like blood tests and stuff without an actual reason but the reason was pretty clear. It's a shame because all my other experiences are very positive with this place.

We have been with this Practice since we moved 7 years ago. With the new automated booking system we have never had an issue getting an appointment within 24 hours and often a face to face within 48. A phone call can save so much time where a ‘face to face’ is not needed. I know that was not the case previously and GP shortage was an issue. I have had referrals for specialist investigations where cancer was a possible diagnosis made to Queens Burton and the results back within 13 days from first speaking to the GP, having a ‘face to face’, to getting the all clear. This included specialist scans. Other members have had Haematology and Cardiac referrals that have been made and telephone calls to book appointments within 24 hours.nThe Receptionist staff are pleasant and helpful when treated with respect and politeness. The Pharmacist responds quickly to drug queries and reviews BP and drugs when he says he will. We recently travelled to Africa and the Practice Nurses reviewed our historical paper notes to check what immunisations we needed. They gave us all that we needed and worked around drug unavailability to make sure we were covered and had vaccines in a timely manner. If you have the NHS App it’s worth noting that when you have a tele consultation the time of that appointment shows in the appointment section of the App.   Saves you wondering all day when the call will come. Not an exact science, but my appointment yesterday was 1 min before the time in the App. I’ve seen the more negative reviews and people must tell their own stories as they experience them.

I called for an face to face appointment yesterday afternoon. Got one for later in the day. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the female doctor that I saw. She diagnosed my problem and gave me advice. I also spoke to her about my current tablets that I wanted to come off and advised me of the way to do this and she also dealt with another problem. She was pleasant and didn't seem to have any problem with me asking about a few problems rather than just the one. .  Very good service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
