Use this post office very frequently! I understand it gets busy but the person behind the counter has always worked with us in between other customers. Weve been before on a weekend and never have been turned away! They wanted us to go back at 6pm thats 2hrs later than we got there. How do we explain to our customers their orders are going to be late? Just utterly ridiculous!
Post Office that is conviently located near to enterance/ exit of the trafford centre. Seems to be plenty of staff on, most of the time. All of which seem knowledgeable and helpful when we ask them questions. Usual post office servicies offered aswell as a convience style store that sells stationary, snacks and drinks agmonst other things we're sure. Although this post office is super close to the enterance/ exit... Blink qnd you may miss it as it is tucked neatly into a cove. Usually a speedy service.
Closed earlier than described *edited asked the shop next door and they were short staffed and had a family emergency which is understandable so I've changed my star rating to reflect this
Helpful staff with a good selection of stationary items available. You can also get snacks and drinks here. When the main post office is closed, they provide parcel services where you can get your parcels weighed etc. I've never seen it busy, but an ideal place to get a drink after coming out of John Lewis before walking to the other end!
Would be able to comment on this post office if it opened at the time it was supposed to been stood waiting for half an hour
Refused to accept a pre-paid parcel because it "was too much work". What sort of Post Office does not accept post!?
Strangest visit to post office I've ever had and very intrusive. Went to post a package and was asked what was in my package. Not the value of the package but the actual content . Overly intrusive if you ask me . And none of their business. Told him what was in it, as it was nothing too personal but don't expect these sorts of questions from post office staff.
Really useful to have a post office inside the centre, it's only tiny, but it doesn't need to be huge. You can post letters and large packages here
Not open until 8pm at all
Good guys very fast and helpful
