I went to the post office at 16:50 and was denied access because "the royal mail worker wants to finish on time and if people keeps coming in they will not be able to". This is 40 minutes before closing time. This place is a joke. They are always rude and very unprofessional. I won't be coming back.
I have been there for first time , so they left very bad experience with me. I went there 40 minutes before closing time and there was 3 persons infront of me and when my turn was came they told me it is close without any respect and do any apologises..
After arriving over 40 mins before closing!! We were 2nd in the que that ran from one end of the shop to another we were very rudely told by the person behind the desk “WERE CLOSED”. No sorry or nothing! Absl awful customer service would never return here again! GO SOMEWHERE ELESE TO RETURN YOUR PARCELS NOT THIS AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!!
Served twice by Amir he's a shining example of a polite sincere and helpful member of the post office brand. Gave me bus numbers and directions at the time of my urgency and offered valuable advice about an upcoming business trip. Will definitely go back there he and this post office is/are my default favourite!
Told us to queue outside and that she the staff will let us know when we can come in. However, she completely forgot that there was a queue of 30 people waiting for the post office YET NO ONE IS actually using the post office. Honestly the worst post office ever, WORST NISA LOCAL staffs but good post office station staffs.
Post Office doesn't take old pound coins... apparently
Always only one member of staff working and I’ve legit never seen someone move so slow and take their time so much. It’s quicker for me to get a bus to the other post office than it is to be served here. If there’s more than 2 people on the queue you’ll be an hour.
