I opted for recorded delivery when sending my post, but instead of using Royal Mail, the staff at the post office decided to use Evri without consulting me. Unfortunately, my parcel was misplaced by Evri, and now it has been almost 5 weeks with no way to track it. Despite visiting the post office three times, no one offered any assistance. I cannot in good conscience recommend this post office to anyone. Their lack of professionalism is truly disappointing.
Should have listened to the reviews, I came here cuz it was close but now a package I sent out 11 days ago has still not been dispatched?! Don’t know if they will ever send it or if they’ve chucked it somewhere. Unbelievable, get this place shut down
If the post office closes at 10/11 why Tf does it say closes at 5:30 . And just leave my parcel why are you going back and forth would it ?
This post office will tell you to not to with Royal Mail as is more expensive. They will tell you to go with Evri - now my items are missing since 14th of December with no recourse. I do not trust them and they are dodgy. Clear conflict of interest here. From when the item was allegedly picked up we have no tracking information

I went to get my provisional renewed and the man just threw the form at me and said they can't renew provisional licenses. He's a liar. I think he did it because there was a queue and he didn't want to take the time. If he would've said to me "there's a considerable queue, would you mind waiting for me to clear it and then i'll see to you", i wouldn't have minded at all. Instead he lied, and liars get one star.
very irresponsible for my purchase. If I want to throw out invalid things it's easy to put it in bin. Royal mail lost my purchase and after 3 months they haven't had any thing because it was second class postage. Just let you know second class doesn't have any track.
The professionalism of this delivery office leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from being somewhat rude, there was no offer or alternative solution to resolve a straight forward matter. On 4 separate occasions I have paid for next day delivery, only to to receive a "something for you card". It is unfortunate but it just seems like there is no attempt to even try and deliver items. Absolutely shocking.
Absolutely terrible and appalling customer service. The Post Office was supposed to be closing at 5:30 PM and I was there at 5:00 PM but they didn't let me send my parcel. I weighed my parcel and was advised by the staff to pack the parcel to send. One of the male Asian staff had approached me and asked me to leave the shop advising to come back tomorrow because they had to close when I was writing the address on my parcel. When I told him that I would like to send my parcel because I've been served already by one of his colleague, he started being rude towards me and called me all sort of names! Most outrages and horrible place I've ever been to!!!!! Will never go to this branch to waste my time. Extremely rude staff!!!!
Usually , irresponsible staff, too rude to costumers and having no common sense. Some staff be on lack of explaining posting steps when they do the same job quite repeatedly, but this is not the customer's problem. Customers should always receive the ultimate service.
