My parcel has been stuck in the Mail Center Customs since September 2022. I have no way to contact Royal Mail to get an update as the track number shows it's there and hasn't changed since. The parcel was sent from abroad. Is there any way to get an update or to speak to an agent? Calling to Customer Service didn't help.
Opening times incorrect, I came on the 15/12/2022. Potentially they are on strike nevertheless it’s would’ve been helpful if I got a heads up or even a notice at the entrance door saying we are closed for strike.

Manchester missed Royal Mail delivery/ collection centre. Limited parking had to wait for someone to drive out before I could park.

Please, please update the opening hours for this location online. It's ridiculous travelling to collect held items only to find they are closed with a notice in the window stating 'New opening hours' are.... That's not helpful if the cards you post refer you look online for opening hours that are incorrect! Jokers! There were at least 4 other people attempting to collect items too & the member of staff wasn't even helpful either, no apology just a huff & walked off
Delivery date not changed for two days parcels just sat there not getting delivered
They were very helpful regards to me putting wrong postcode. It got there in the end. Thanks for your support.
