I recently visited my local post office and was absolutely blown away by the level of service! The staff are truly amazing – friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether I'm sending packages, buying stamps, or needing assistance with something complicated, they handle everything with a smile and genuine care. You can tell they really value their customers. It's rare to find such a dedicated team these days. Highly recommend this post office for anyone in need of exceptional service!
I had an exceptional experience at this local post office on Bolton Road in June, 2024. When I needed to complete a task that required payment, I discovered my bank cards weren't working. With only a limited amount of cash on hand, I was stuck. The staff at the post office were incredibly understanding. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this post office. Their dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. Thanks.
I've only ever used the Post Office services and every time I do it's been a good experience. Always found the staff to be welcoming, helpful and efficient and, the beauty of this location is that it's not as busy as the main Post Office in Swinton Town centre. Consequently, I get served more quickly which is the primary reason this outlet is always my first choice. On addition to the full range of services provided by the Post Office, it's also what I would call a general provision store where you can buy a range of goods from stationery to chocolate bars to mobile phone top ups.
Take really good care with their customers. Proper ace with postage’s and returns. Very amazing people. Would recommend highly.
I've used this post office a number of times, I just moved to the area recently so had to make use of their services a lot to change details etc. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they're fast and efficient and generally a pleasure to interact with.
Avoid at all costs, the guy at this post office is really funny with you for no reason and if you haven’t been in a post office before, you will feel like you are being told off just for asking a question. Never felt so uncomfortable talking to someone behind a counter before. This guy doesn’t disappoint to be the first! Avoid avoid avoid. Go to the one in Swinton

I have used pendlebury post office for over 15 yrs always very helpful friendly and always service with a smile I would really recommend anyone that hasn't been to go you won't be disappointed Anything you have to do pay bills ect are all done very efficiently
Great customer service‼, really helpful assisting me send my packages. Was really having a stressful day, but there patience and cheerful charisma brightened it. Least I could my appreciation with a deserved 5 stars
