Best post office I've ever used. It's my one stop place to pay all my bills and send stuff in post. The lady owner and her husband are lovely people and the vending machine does a nice hot chocolate. I'd recommend highly.
A very friendly family who always very helpful and polite and show me lots of respect and make feel like a part of their family. They always greet you with good manners and a smile. I recently went into this post office to pay various bills but thought I was short by £200. To my surprise Mrs Ali said to me that she would pay the bills and I could reimburse her when I have some time. However, I did have enough money to pay the bills. How can I blame this first class service. They provide a first class customer service. I highly appreciate their opening hours which is outside the normal post office hours. I really admire their service and hope they will always be their to provide the great service that they provide.Thank you Mr/Mrs Ali and family..Glen the driving instructor.
Absolutely Fantastic Post Office run by such a lovely family. Service is always fast and friendly even when they are super busy. The whole team really do go the extra mile for their customers. The Post Office is well laid out, clean and all the aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs users. It has a ramped entrance and has disabled parking bays right outside. They also offer photocopying services. ATM outside. Best Post Office in Manchester I can’t recommend them highly enough. Have been coming here for many years due their excellent services. Such a hard working team open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk.
This place is officially a Post Office. However a grocery shop and newsagents is added inside the premises .A convenient place to post your letters and maybe you may want to buy some bread and milk. In a nutshell a convenient place to buy small things. Nice to have a place like this under one roof. The staff are polite and courteous. Bravo
I was in a bit of a rush and wanted to quickly drop of one parcel but didn't have the time to affix the label on the package and I've seen staff kindly attach labels on for me before it's not something I do often, especially if there is a long queue But at this time the shop was quiet and I politely asked for tape and scissors literally just 1 label the man at the counter who I assume was the owner shrugged and said 'I don't have anything' when I saw tape and scissors at the side. A lady passed me tape but not the scissors so I proceeded to attach the label on quickly whilst the man behind the counter was shouting at me saying "You need to do this before you come here!" "You cant do this here!" Obviously as a young woman the situation was really uncomfortable and I just proceeded to apologise and now all the staff proceeded to give me horrible looks as I walked out. Will never enter this post office again, by far the worst experience I've ever had when I was just dropping off a single package.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff who gave good advice. I thought I had to buy a full pack of 10 padded envelopes and the man at the counter pointed out that I only had to buy one if I didn't need the rest saved me some money! Open til 8pm every day even Sundays!. Even open New Year's day which is great. Would definitely use them again!
Just been reading a couple of recent poor reviews and one can only guess that the authors are some kind of competitors. It is a small shop which packs a load of stuff into its restricted space. The owners have been there for a fair old while now and can always be relied upon to give excellent service, pleasant chat and good humour. I can highly recommend them to anyone and their postal services go way beyond others in terms of opening hours and convenience. The attack by one reviewer suggesting that the owner is ill shaven and not smartly dressed is just personal, unpleasant and downright rude. Not sure what he expects from a local shopkeeper who opens his doors from dawn to dusk!!!
