Roday I found myself two absolutely anpolite and rude men. They absolutely did not help me find a package from Italy that has been in storage for 4 days. They laughed at my request and it was evident that at my request they had no intention of looking for the package. I find it really unacceptable that the staff, to whom the people pay their salaries with their own taxes, are so unprofessional and rude. Do I have to think that she was discriminated against because I am a woman by 2 Arab men ??? It was disgusting
Could not recommend this place anymore VERY HELPFUL and explains everything throughly, nothing is much trouble for them! Really happy with the service. It’s so clean as well inside. I even commented to the guy how clean and well presented. Be back soon! Disabled parking is right outside the door and a large car park a few yards from the entrance.
I had to renew my passport...urgently. I phoned at 8-30am asking what I needed to take with me...lovely polite response.. The same guy who renewed it at the post office was very helpful and polite... All sorted photo ect within 15 minutes. Fantastic service.. Many thanks.
Normally excellent service, however today my partner was unable to collect my parcel despite having the correct id and items stated in the royal mail site for those wanting to collect parcels for others. Disappointing due to the short opening times meaning that I am unable to collect items during the week. I'd get your items delivered to a different office if possible.
The only reason that I stopped going to this PO is because of the two old ladies working in there. Extremely rude and arrogant. They both have been working in there since ages but still don’t know how to treat the customers.
It's a good size and there are a few counters serving customers. There's a queue in there sometimes but that tends to be in the morning. It's a small shop as well and they sell greeting cards, stationery and other random items. There's a tobacconist counter as well. The staff are friendly and approachable and it's clean. It's just off the main Street and easy to find.
The guy at the main desk on the left is always super helpful and friendly. He's really helped me out a few times now when I've been stuck with something. Excellent service
The lady who works in there she’s so rude and impatient.I asked something related to my return receipt to another staff member but she involved into it and literally had torn the receipt in front of me which is awful. The other staff were quite nice and patient though.
I went this morning and from the beginning the employees have little desire to work. It seems they didn't feel like helping me. I left without the VAT receipt and came back to have it and they couldn't give it to me because supposedly I already made my "order". I did not feel comfortable and it was rude.
