Fast, friendly service. The opening times continue to be good at a time when it seems lots of post offices are restricting their opening. I've always found the staff happy to provide advice, even when things are busy.
I went this morning and from the beginning the employees have little desire to work. It seems they didn't feel like helping me. I left without the VAT receipt and came back to have it and they couldn't give it to me because supposedly I already made my "order". I did not feel comfortable and it was rude.
Run by beautiful people that bring wonderful culture. I cycle to this post office even though it is not the closest one
Would be no stars if google gave me a chance.Horrible and rude staff.No interest in helping just want your money.Ripped me off £30 for same service if i went online.Avoid if you can.
Not really sure why there are so many low reviews. I was seen quickly and the staff were lovely and polite, nothing to complain about!
New owners!! One man in particular in the post office as terrible customer service. Totally unhelpful and disrespectful. Not a patch on the previous owners. I shall avoid this post office from now on which is a shame as it's my local.
Staff are as helpful as they can be. It's very small here and there's lots of greeting cards and random toys for kids
