The 3MT Venue has been on the ground floor of Afflecks in M1 1JG for almost 10 years.
It has moved into different art mediums. It can now offer dining too

It is a purpose built premier and developmental theatre space for for new writing for radio and stage. Music, comedy and it's a favourite with the Manchester poets.
Originality, creativity and skill development are the fundamental aspects to the ethos Gina and John, the proprietors focus on.
You could say we're 'Grotowskian' in nature too! No money for fancy sets but plenty of talent and skills tread the stage.
Additionally, there's online tv and radio. Gina's taken on Manchester and North West Women's Hour after losing Woman's Hour to London again. Topics involving women, their health and education, will be covered with academics on live 3MT Radio shows. The shows will then be transferred to the channels online.
Manchester shakespeare Company is housed in 3MT as is Square Circle Theatre. Learning skills and developing productions have become part of the 3MT infastructure.
