Story

HOME is a place for curiosity seekers, for lovers of the dramatic, the digital and the deeply engaging, for radicals and reciprocators, in the heart of Manchester.

Our two theatres are a playful platform for new, commissioned work. Our five cinema screens light up with challenging, independent, provoking films. The gallery space is home to the very best in contemporary art. The food is delicious.

HOME is for everyone. We like to think of it as a place where you can engage with other arts lovers through our exciting and inspiring events. That goes for our Facebook page, too. Here, we’ll be sharing images, videos and other updates from our theatres, exhibitions, cinemas, events, bookshop, bar and restaurant.

A cool vibe and a sympathetic space. The food was good and the service excellent. Shame that there is currently no theatre or cinema offering at present, but well worth a visit anyway. A favourite haunt when I want to chill and people watch.
Cinema and theatre with bar and restaurant. Nice place to go for a drink or some food even if not watching anything. Good wine and the bar does pizza too or there's a restaurant upstairs if you want a full meal
Incredible venue! My two passions in life are eating out and going to catch movies. ALL UNDER ONE ROOF here! Great staff, great food! Incredible theatres.
Good atmosphere, lovely surroundings and a super programme. It is just a shame that the seats in the theatre have such limited legroom. My husband can fit in only if he takes an end seat and sits sideways with his legs poking out into the walkway, which just isn't comfortable.
Great venue with good bar area and cafe/restaurant. Wide choice of films to suit most tastes. Operating safely within Covid restrictions.
Very safe feeling. Well looked after. Food delicious. Vegan fried 'chicken' and chips, delicious salad and espresso martini rivalled my own ,and that's saying something!
Great food and fantastic service. Social distancing and staff wearing masks made the experience reassuring and relaxing. Really well done Home! Thank you.
