Nice place on the edge of the square. It's what you would expect from a Wetherspoons. It's clean and tidy enough. Place is big enough. Food is out in a timely manner. Food is of a decent Wetherspoons standard. Plenty of seating outside. The atmosphere is ok. Yea, would come back.

On the first visit I ordered a ham and cheese panini and I flipped it over to find it was completely burnt underneath. See first photonnSecond visit I received a cheese and tomato panini and the tomatos were rock hard, brown and had stained the bread. I sent it back immediately but instead of making it all fresh they left the chips under the heat lamp- there was mayonnaise on my plate that was returned as a transparent blob due to the heat, so this was very unappetising. To make matters worse, one of the new paninis still had the brown marks in! They hadn’t even bothered to check. See second photosnnUPDATE: I was given a free meal due to my review. I ordered a cheese and ham panini and I had to send it back again due to it not even being heated. See second to last photonnI emailed about this and was ignored.nnVisited again months later and again my panini wasn’t heated.

This was a fantastic pub for drinking, with a bright design that is very open appropriately for when the sun's out! The counter is well-presented, lights are varied and staff were friendly. I had a refreshing pint of Stella Artois, sitting comfortably at a very clean table!

£8.50 for a slop of pasta is a terrible meal.nnPasta AlThrownOnnnTuckery Cafe around the corner is so much more value for money but also better quality.
