Story

We're a beautiful 13th Century thatched pub complete with open log fires a relaxed yet cosy dining room with elegant sophistication and a stunning Orchard garden. Throw in a covered sun terrace (heated when it's abit too chilly), open plan kitchen, flourishing herb garden, an engaging collection of well-travelled and friendly individuals, and you have The Swan Inn.

We love to use local suppliers at The Swan and will even accept home grown veg as currency, no seriously! With our main emphasis being using the freshest ingredients availible, we'll go all out for a fresh sprig of thyme. Our regularly evolving menu which is availible all day, just keeps getting better and we'll happily cater for the fussiest of eaters. Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, you name it.. let's let the food do the talking shall we?

We've sourced 40 or so wines from boutique wineries from around the World and had the most fun doing it. So we'd love to share over 20 of these phenomenal wines with you by the glass. Continental lagers, real ales (let's not forget our weekly guest ale) and healthy soft drinks complete our drinks list.

As a small independent company we know what it takes to make a great pub work (at least we believe we do) and try our hardest every day to deliver this. If you're in the neighbourhood, pop in for a pint and a chat with any of the team, they're great conversationalists with alot to say, so just say 'Hi'.
